Terms of Service

Welcome to Chineseyiwu.com. By accessing our website or using our sourcing services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

Chineseyiwu.com acts as a Sourcing Agent and Supply Chain Manager. We assist clients in finding suppliers, negotiating prices, inspecting quality, and arranging logistics. We are not the manufacturer of the goods unless explicitly stated for specific ODM products.

2. Payment Terms

• Sourcing Orders: A deposit of 30% is required to start production.
• The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment (after QC approval).
• Currency: All quotes are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Methods: We accept Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) and Western Union.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Product Quality: We perform quality inspections based on industry standards (AQL). However, we are not liable for latent defects (defects not visible during standard inspection) or future product failures caused by design flaws.
• Intellectual Property: The client warrants that they own the IP rights to any designs provided for manufacturing. We are not liable for IP disputes arising from the client's requested designs.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs strikes, or shipping carrier delays.

4. Storage & Warehousing

We offer 30 days of free storage in our Yiwu warehouse. Orders stored longer than 30 days may incur a reasonable storage fee unless a prior agreement is made.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
